You have certain rights linked to your personal data that we have stored with us. You have, among other things, the right to retrieve a register extract with your personal data and have your data corrected.
From 25 May 2018, the new data protection regulation applies. In order to fulfill your rights, we must process your personal data. You can read more about the data protection regulation and what rights you have on the Swedish Data Protection Authority's website.
How do you get access to your personal data
It is important for us to be open and transparent with what information we have about you. In our webshop there is no possibility to have an account where your data is stored. Therefore, you have no possibility to gain access to your stored data yourself. Contact Pappa Kapsyl if you want to know what data we have stored about you. The practice is that all information collected during orders in the web shop is stored without a time limit.
Mail, Facebook and Instagram
Regarding email, Facebook and Instagram, the following practices apply:
Personal data may be processed if you have the consent of the person to whom the personal data refers. In the data protection regulation, special requirements are placed on consent, including that it must be voluntary, that it must be provided by means of a statement or a clear confirming document and that it must be given after the data subject has received information about the processing of personal data. In some cases, it may be appropriate to consider whether some other legal basis is more appropriate, for example an agreement with the data subject. Particularly high requirements apply when consent relates to the processing of sensitive personal data, such as information about health and religious beliefs. Whoever processes personal data based on consent must be able to demonstrate that a valid consent has been given by the data subject.
