It is important for us to be open and transparent with what information we have about you. In our webshop there is no possibility to have an account where your data is stored. Therefore, you have no possibility to gain access to your stored data yourself. Contact Pappa Kapsyl if you want to know what data we have stored about you. The practice is that all information collected during orders in the web shop is stored without a time limit.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the information displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor's IP address and user agent string to help detect spam messages.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are registered there. When you send us a message via our contact form, you need to enter your name and email address. Your information is stored securely in our system but will never be disseminated to third parties or used in any other way than to respond to your message.
Newsletter/Fanmail list
When you choose to subscribe to the fanmail list/newsletter, you need to enter your email address. Your data is stored securely in our system but will never be disseminated to third parties or used in any other way than to send you relevant information. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cookie files
